1. Overview
We want you to love every piece of jewelry you purchase from us. If you are not entirely satisfied, here is our policy to guide you on refunds and returns.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Return

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

【Important Notice】 For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and other pierced jewelry (including but not limited to ear studs, earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, customized products (e.g., engraved items) and gift cards are also non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Return Process

In the email, please provide your order number and briefly state the reason for return and your preferred solution (refund/exchange). To help us process your request efficiently, we recommend providing photos of the item’s condition.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to reasons not attributable to us (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Our customer service will provide you with specific shipping solutions (such as a prepaid shipping label or shipping reimbursement) in such cases.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of, and assume no responsibility for, returned items that are sent without tracking.
7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, and the exchange is subject to the availability of the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund for you. Exchanges are limited to the same product only.

8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
